Who you are

You have 5-15+ years of software engineering experience implementing and maintaining critical security infrastructure — you've developed secure development practices and understand the importance of safeguarding AI systems. Your expertise in cloud security architecture, including IAM, network segmentation, and encryption controls, sets you apart in the field. You are well-versed in designing secure workflows and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that security is integrated into every aspect of the development process. Your experience with Kubernetes security and container orchestration allows you to build robust cloud environments that prioritize safety and reliability. You have a deep understanding of threat modeling and risk assessment, enabling you to secure complex multi-cloud environments effectively. Mentoring engineers and contributing to the growth of the security team is something you are passionate about, as you believe in fostering a culture of security awareness and best practices.

Desirable

Experience with various cloud environments and a strong grasp of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices will enhance your ability to contribute to our mission. Familiarity with GitOps workflows is a plus, as it aligns with our commitment to secure and efficient development processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build security for large-scale AI clusters, implementing robust cloud security architecture that includes IAM, network segmentation, and encryption controls. You will design secure-by-design workflows and secure CI/CD pipelines across our services, helping to build secure cloud infrastructure. Your expertise in various cloud environments and Kubernetes security will be crucial as you ship and operate secure, high-reliability services using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices and GitOps workflows. You will apply your deep expertise in threat modeling and risk assessment to secure complex multi-cloud environments, ensuring that our AI systems remain safe and trustworthy. Additionally, you will mentor engineers and contribute to the hiring and growth of the Security team, fostering a collaborative environment where security best practices are prioritized.
