Who you are
You have a strong background in cybersecurity, particularly in incident response, with experience leading efforts to address both external attacks and insider threats. Your understanding of diverse technology stacks allows you to effectively safeguard complex systems. You are skilled in developing and deploying novel tooling, potentially leveraging Large Language Models to enhance detection and response capabilities. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with engineering and security teams to optimize workflows and improve incident response metrics. Your analytical mindset drives continuous improvement in security processes, ensuring that you stay ahead of potential threats. You are comfortable participating in an on-call rotation, ready to respond to incidents as they arise.
Desirable
Experience with advanced AI systems and their associated risks is a plus, as is familiarity with security metrics and procedures. You may also have a background in developing playbooks and workflows that streamline incident response efforts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead cybersecurity incident response efforts, addressing a wide range of threats that may impact Anthropic's technology stack. You will develop and deploy innovative tools that enhance detection and investigation capabilities, ensuring that the organization can respond rapidly to incidents. Your responsibilities will include creating and optimizing detection mechanisms, playbooks, and workflows that facilitate quick identification and response to potential security incidents. You will review incident response metrics and procedures, driving continuous improvement to enhance the overall security posture of the organization. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with other security and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive approach to threat management.
