Desirable
Experience with industry-novel security risks and a passion for pushing established security boundaries will set you apart. Familiarity with AI products and internal tools is a plus, as is a commitment to continuous learning in the evolving field of application security.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead efforts to secure AI products and internal tools, ensuring that security is a core consideration from initial design through implementation. You will work closely with software engineers and researchers to integrate security into every phase of the development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include leading threat modeling sessions, conducting secure design reviews, and helping with continuous risk assessments. You will develop standards, processes, and educational resources that empower all Anthropic engineers to become security champions. Additionally, you will build tools and systems that facilitate secure coding practices, ensuring that security is not an afterthought but a fundamental aspect of the development process.
