What you'll do

As the Campus Security Manager, you will lead comprehensive security operations for Anthropic's New York City campuses, ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees, visitors, and assets. You will serve as the operational security leader, balancing hands-on leadership with strategic input on security planning. Your role will involve overseeing vendor performance and ensuring that security measures align with the company's mission of creating reliable and beneficial AI systems. You will coordinate cross-functional security initiatives, working collaboratively with the greater Security Operations team to maintain a robust security posture across all NYC locations. You will also be responsible for building trust and a security culture among Anthropic personnel, fostering open communication and integrating security practices into daily operations.
