What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and communicating the overall strategy for site security at SpaceX, ensuring that it aligns with the company's business objectives. You will establish procedures and protocols to assess and mitigate security vulnerabilities, ensuring a safe environment for all employees and assets. You will lead the coordination of the contracted guard force and oversee the implementation of physical security measures, including CCTV systems and intrusion detection systems. You will participate in local, state, and federal working groups to stay updated on security best practices and regulations. Your role will also involve training and mentoring team members to ensure they understand and comply with security policies and procedures. You will be expected to maintain a positive and professional environment while fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.
