What you'll do

As a Senior & Staff Software Engineer on the Continuous Integration team, you will be responsible for managing and improving Anthropic's CI infrastructure. This includes developing automated testing frameworks and ensuring code quality across the monorepo. You will work closely with hundreds of engineers to streamline the code shipping process, making it safer and more efficient.

You will design and implement test infrastructure that runs on Kubernetes clusters across multiple cloud providers, focusing on intelligent test selection and execution. Your role will involve managing complex branching strategies and merge queues to maintain high code quality standards. You will also collaborate with other engineering teams to identify areas for improvement in the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that the infrastructure scales effectively with the company's growth.
