What you'll do

As the Senior Technical Program Manager at Anthropic, you will own the program management for our Compute and Infrastructure organizations — this includes overseeing datacenter operations, capacity planning, and managing the software infrastructure that supports our engineering teams. You will lead the effort to build a dedicated TPM team, ensuring that we have the right resources in place to support our rapid growth.

You will collaborate closely with engineering leaders to define technical strategies and roadmaps, aligning TPM support where it is most impactful. Your role will involve managing the construction of new datacenters and scaling our multi-cloud compute capabilities across AWS, GCP, and Azure. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes that enhance our operational efficiency and effectiveness.
