Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will optimize Anthropic's virtualization stack, improving the performance, reliability, and efficiency of VM environments. You will design and implement kernel modules and system-level components that enhance our compute infrastructure, directly impacting the performance of AI models.

You will collaborate closely with cloud engineering teams to ensure that our workloads interact seamlessly with the underlying hardware. Your work will involve developing tooling for monitoring virtualization performance and identifying areas for improvement.

You will also work with machine learning engineers to understand their computational needs and optimize systems accordingly. Your contributions will help ensure that Anthropic can scale its compute infrastructure efficiently and reliably for training and serving frontier AI models.
