You are a trusted advisor to sales leadership, providing insights that help refine go-to-market strategies and improve customer success. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and finance teams to build scalable frameworks that support industry-specific initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with sales and regional leaders to develop go-to-market strategies that prioritize key industries. You will refine industry-specific strategies across verticals such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology, Retail, and Manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include identifying customer needs and pain points, sharing feedback with cross-functional teams, and building industry-specific value propositions and sales playbooks. You will also drive territory and account segmentation strategies based on industry characteristics and establish benchmarks and best practices to guide your team’s efforts.
