Carta is hiring a GTM Strategy and Ops Associate to support the AMEA team in driving revenue strategy and execution. This role is critical for scaling operations across the private markets ecosystem.

You have a strong background in operations and strategy, ideally with experience in go-to-market initiatives. You understand the dynamics of private markets and have a keen interest in supporting sales and marketing efforts. Your analytical skills allow you to assess data and drive actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience in the venture capital or private equity sectors is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis platforms will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and have a track record of implementing successful operational strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the operational backbone for the AMEA GTM leaders, working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive Cartaβs revenue strategy.
