Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools. Your expertise includes agile methodology and continuous integration and delivery, which you have applied in real-world scenarios to enhance software development processes. You are experienced with Docker and Kubernetes, and you possess the skills necessary for troubleshooting Kubernetes environments effectively. Your knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies allows you to automate and streamline operations, ensuring that applications are released reliably and frequently.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with a passionate team. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you are capable of orchestrating tools for automated deployments. You have a knack for finding creative and innovative solutions to challenges, even when encountering them for the first time. Additionally, you are comfortable owning complete features or products, demonstrating your ability to take responsibility and drive projects to completion.

A programming background is an advantage, and you ideally hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification. You are passionate about the application security field and are eager to contribute to a fast-growing startup that is shaping the future of secure software development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of infrastructure across both cloud and on-prem solutions. Your primary focus will be on automating and streamlining operations and processes to enable rapid and reliable application releases. You will work closely with development teams to ensure that security is integrated into the software development lifecycle, helping them build secure software quickly while managing risks effectively.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the deployment process and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability. Your role will involve monitoring and maintaining the infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the needs of the organization and its clients. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting any issues that arise within the Kubernetes environment, applying your expertise to resolve problems swiftly.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles. You will play a key role in shaping the DevOps culture within the organization, advocating for best practices and continuous improvement.
