Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, focusing on building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems. Your expertise includes designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability and reliability of microservices architectures, and developing infrastructure-as-code solutions for scalable service deployment. You are familiar with observability infrastructure, including logging, monitoring, and alerting, and have a strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.

You possess hands-on experience with major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, and are proficient in using containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Your background includes database administration with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra, and you have a solid grasp of incident response and troubleshooting methodologies. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to work with product teams to drive operational excellence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate closely with product teams to ensure the high availability, reliability, and stability of our microservices architecture. You will design and maintain observability infrastructure, focusing on logging, monitoring, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues. Your responsibilities will include building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation to streamline our development processes.

You will develop infrastructure-as-code solutions that facilitate scalable service deployment, ensuring that our systems can handle increasing loads efficiently. Leading incident response efforts, you will troubleshoot issues and conduct post-mortem analyses to improve our operational practices. Additionally, you will drive capacity planning and infrastructure scaling strategies to support our growing user base. Maintaining comprehensive documentation, including runbooks and operational procedures, will be essential to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
