Overview
Appen is looking for individuals to record short German sentences from home. This role is project-based and requires a native German speaker with a quiet recording space.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a native German speaker who can record sentences clearly and accurately. You have access to a mobile phone and a quiet space for recording, ensuring that your recordings are free from background noise and echo. You are comfortable using mobile applications and can follow instructions provided by the Appen Task App. You understand the importance of pronunciation, especially when including English words in your recordings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will record short German sentences, some of which may include 1-2 English words. You will read the text exactly as written, ensuring clarity and accuracy in your recordings. The task is quick and simple, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You will be compensated for your recordings after they pass quality checks, with a total pay of $30 USD for approximately 30 minutes of work.
