What you'll do
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Appian, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You will proactively source candidates through various channels, leveraging your network and research skills to attract top talent.
You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing guidance on best practices in recruitment. Your role will involve facilitating interview loops and managing candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
