What you'll do
In this role, you will own the recruiting initiatives across various teams at Asana, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective hiring strategies. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. You will work with your Talent Acquisition peers across global offices to ensure a cohesive approach to hiring. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing recruiting strategies that attract top talent, ensuring that every hire is exceptional and aligns with Asana's values. You will also play a key role in building a diverse and inclusive workforce, fostering a culture where everyone feels they belong.
