Job Description

Who you are

You have 2+ years of experience in recruiting for technical positions, either in-house or within an agency — you've developed a keen understanding of the technical landscape and know how to attract top talent. Your hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other mainstream recruitment platforms has equipped you with the tools to source candidates effectively. You possess a proactive and creative mindset, allowing you to develop and execute innovative sourcing methods that stand out in a competitive market.

Your negotiation and selling skills shine during the offer stages — you understand the importance of presenting compelling offers that resonate with candidates. You are also familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, which helps streamline the recruitment process. Additionally, your strong command of Chinese, both written and spoken, is a valuable asset in engaging with a diverse candidate pool.

Desirable

Experience in campus recruiting is a plus, as it allows you to tap into emerging talent and build relationships with educational institutions. You are comfortable managing external recruitment resources, including job boards and recruitment agencies, ensuring that you have a robust pipeline of candidates.

What you'll do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Kronos Research, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end recruitment process for attracting top technical and research talents in the APAC region. You will conduct intense and creative sourcing strategies to identify candidates who not only meet the technical requirements but also align with the company's culture and values. Your ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders will be crucial in understanding hiring needs and providing expert recruitment advice.

You will enhance the company's branding and social media presence across various platforms to attract top talent — your efforts will contribute to establishing Kronos Research as an employer of choice in the industry. You will prepare and manage all necessary recruitment coordination tasks, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. Your proactive approach will help you identify and implement improvements in the recruitment process, making it more efficient and effective.
