Appian is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager to drive the commercial strategy for their Process & Data Intelligence offerings. You'll collaborate with Product and Sales leadership to position Appian as a strategic intelligence platform. This role requires strong storytelling and market expertise.

You have a proven track record in product marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in driving go-to-market strategies and commercial initiatives. You excel in creating compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and understand how to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and market needs. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Sales, is essential for success in this role. You are a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and customer insights to inform your marketing strategies. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to achieving high standards of excellence in your work.
Desirable
Experience in the technology sector, particularly in automation or data intelligence, is a plus. Familiarity with AI-driven insights and process mining will enhance your ability to contribute to Appian's mission. What you'll do
As the Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for Appian's Process HQ and Data Fabric offerings. You will create the core messaging framework that articulates the value of Appian's solutions to potential customers. Collaborating closely with Product and Sales leadership, you will position Appian as a leader in the automation space, emphasizing its capabilities as a strategic intelligence platform. You will develop strategic sales playbooks that empower the Sales and Marketing teams to effectively communicate the benefits of Appian's offerings. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences, ensuring that Appian's messaging aligns with market demands. You will also be responsible for tracking the performance of marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Your storytelling skills will be crucial in crafting narratives that resonate with customers and drive engagement.
