Who you are

You have a BS/MS degree in Computer Science and at least 2 years of experience in backend development. You are proficient in Python and have a solid understanding of RESTful API design. Your experience includes working with data warehouses and you are familiar with tools like ClickHouse and Apache Airflow. You are a proactive learner and builder, eager to contribute to innovative projects that leverage AI for business insights.

Desirable

Experience with ClickHouse is a significant advantage, and contributing to open source projects is highly valued. Familiarity with Scala or Java, as well as big data systems like Hadoop and Hive, will set you apart. You have worked with public cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, and you understand the importance of cloud capabilities in optimizing data operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python, ensuring they are robust and efficient. You will build and manage data warehouses utilizing ClickHouse, Trino/Presto, and Pinot, playing a crucial role in data management. Your responsibilities will also include designing and developing data pipelines using Apache Airflow and Apache Spark, which are essential for data processing and automation.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop automation tools that streamline daily operations, enhancing overall efficiency. Implementing state-of-the-art monitoring and alerting systems will be part of your duties, ensuring optimal system performance and stability. You will address queries from applications promptly, contributing to high client satisfaction and operational excellence.
