Your expertise includes HR Shared Service Center management and HRIS management, allowing you to drive HR process improvement initiatives effectively. You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling you to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results. Your strategic thinking and analytical mindset help you interpret data and identify trends to make data-driven decisions. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver HR solutions that meet organizational needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide strategic direction and leadership for the Employee Experience Team, aligning operations with organizational goals. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize HR service delivery, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Employee Experience Team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality HR solutions and services to internal stakeholders. You will manage a team of HR professionals responsible for various functions, including HR system management and benefits administration. Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) will be crucial to track service delivery metrics and ensure business processes align with best practices.
