Overview

HelloFresh is hiring a Senior Manager of Human Resources to oversee core HR functions and drive employee engagement. You'll manage HR operations and lead a small team in Goodyear, AZ.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in human resources management, ideally with a focus on performance management and employee engagement. Your ability to align HR initiatives with business strategy is a key strength, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can drive cultural change. You are adept at managing HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively manage a small team, providing coaching and support to ensure their success.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to gain insights from employee feedback and exit interviews. Your proactive approach to staffing and recruitment ensures that the organization meets its production requirements while fostering a positive workplace culture. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance HR processes and employee satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive core HR functions, ensuring alignment with business drivers and company strategy. You will build a performance-driven culture through the development and implementation of consistent performance management coaching and counseling techniques. Keeping a strong pulse on employee engagement and needs will be crucial, as you will gain insights from employee off-boarding and exit interviews to inform HR strategies.

You will manage front-line HR operations support to employees, including compensation support, onboarding/off-boarding, leave management, workers' compensation, benefits administration, HR data management, employee relations, immigration, and reporting. Your role will involve reviewing, interpreting, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, partnering with Employee Relations and legal on any agency charge responses.

Additionally, you will meet with the management team to understand business goals and anticipate future staffing needs. Proactively developing and implementing alternative staffing sources will be part of your strategy to recruit new hires based on production requirements. You will provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees regarding employment issues, ensuring that policies and procedures are interpreted and applied effectively.
