Who you are
5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science — you've designed and implemented state-of-the-art ML models that drive significant business outcomes. Your expertise in Python and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow enable you to tackle complex problems effectively.
You possess strong analytical skills and have a proven track record of analyzing large-scale data to discover predictive patterns that enhance bidding and personalization. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data teams allows you to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
You have experience working on high-throughput, low-latency real-time systems, such as RTB engines or stream inference, which equips you to handle the demands of a dynamic market environment. Your strong ownership and leadership skills enable you to lead end-to-end projects, ensuring system robustness and scalability.
Desirable
Experience with deep learning models and their application in advertising technology is a plus. Familiarity with campaign efficiency metrics and advertiser ROI will help you make a significant impact in this role.
What you'll do
