Job Description
Who you are
You hold a Master or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Math, or Statistics, and you are familiar with probabilistic model predictive models. You have solid experience in system design and programming, with the ability to work with big data with minimal engineering support. With over 3 years of experience in data mining, algorithms, statistical analysis, computational NLP, and machine learning, you have a proven ability to solve challenging problems in both academia and industry. Your extensive publication experience showcases your expertise and commitment to the field. You are self-motivated and can prioritize multiple competing challenges in a fast-growth environment, demonstrating strong meta-cognition skills and the ability to apply past knowledge to new situations.
What you'll do
As a Machine Learning Scientist at Appier, you will use machine learning and analytical techniques to build prediction models for our advertising and enterprise solutions. You will analyze and extract valuable information from large amounts of business data, designing, developing, and testing advanced models for predictive consumer behavior. You will collaborate with software engineering teams to drive real-time model implementations and create new features. Additionally, you will design efficient, scalable, automated processes for large-scale data analyses, model development, validation, and implementation. Your role will also involve researching and evaluating pioneering machine learning and statistical models to enhance our product offerings.
