Your experience includes working with large datasets and developing machine learning models that drive business decisions. You are proficient in using LLM-powered tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance your productivity and efficiency in development tasks. You have a strong sense of impact and are eager to mentor junior scientists, helping to evolve the team's culture and standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end development of machine learning solutions, from problem definition to model deployment in production. You will collaborate with product teams to translate product goals and business needs into well-defined ML problems during the planning stage. Working closely with ML engineers, you will ensure the reliability and maintainability of deployed models. You will conduct both offline and online evaluations, monitoring, and continuous optimization of models after deployment. Staying up to date with the latest research, you will proactively propose innovative applications of machine learning technologies to enhance marketing strategies. Additionally, you will mentor junior scientists, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
