Your excellent communication and facilitation skills enable you to effectively gather and communicate customer requirements to the product team, ensuring that their needs are met. You hold a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or another engineering discipline, which provides you with a solid foundation for understanding technical concepts and solutions.

You possess knowledge in web and app tracking, as well as data analysis, which allows you to provide insights and recommendations to clients. Your familiarity with digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools enhances your ability to deliver value to customers. Additionally, any technical qualifications related to HTML, CSS, or JavaScript would be a plus, showcasing your versatility in the technical landscape.

What you'll do

As a Technical Consultant at Appier, you will serve as the vital link between our products and their applications for clients. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and communicate new requirements or feedback from customers to the product team, supporting continuous improvement and localization for the Japanese market. You will facilitate discussions with customers regarding product scope, technical implementation, and operational best practices, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution at each stage of the process.

You will establish and nurture trustworthy long-term relationships with Japanese clients, demonstrating reliability and cultural understanding throughout your interactions. Your role will involve generating technical solutions and successfully implementing them at customer sites, utilizing existing products and concepts while also bringing new requirements to the product team on behalf of the customer. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in driving successful outcomes for both the clients and the company.
