What you'll do

In this role, you will guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring timely and successful adoption of Appier's AI-empowered ad solutions. You will act as a liaison between clients and stakeholders, determining project requirements, scope, schedule, and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include preparing technical specifications for developers to implement, creating user documentation, and providing training to clients.

You will work closely with the product and HQ’s Technical Solutions teams to ensure that client feedback is consolidated and communicated effectively. Your role will involve discussing product definitions, implementations, and operations, as well as clarifying any issues that arise during the onboarding process.

By optimizing business outcomes for customers, you will leverage Appier’s AI and data assets to enhance their advertising strategies. Your ability to perform maintenance and debugging tasks for Web and App SDK-related solutions will be crucial in ensuring that clients have a seamless experience with the products.
