What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Figma, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Japan accounts by crafting and delivering consultative strategies that highlight the value of our platform. You will partner with the sales team to address inquiries about the Figma platform, showcasing how it accelerates digital product delivery for both prospective and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include leading technical discussions and product demonstrations that illustrate the capabilities of Figma, helping customers realize the full potential of our tools. You will also manage customer IT and security relationships throughout the deal cycle, addressing security questionnaires and responding to RFIs and RFPs. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding customers through their journey with Figma, ensuring they achieve their goals and transform their product development processes.
