Apple is seeking an Analytics Lead for their Ads Sales Operations team to drive impactful analyses and insights. You'll leverage your expertise in SQL and analytics tools to support the sales organization. This role requires 5+ years of relevant experience.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in analytics, specifically in applying analytical methods to solve complex business problems. Your expertise includes building reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. You possess a strong understanding of existing analytical techniques and can translate data into meaningful business strategies. You are creative and resourceful, often inventing and customizing tools and methods to achieve real-world business value. Your strong business insight allows you to establish strategies and priorities based on empirical observations, ensuring that your analyses align with organizational goals. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment, engaging with cross-functional teams to empower the sales organization through data-driven insights.

Desirable

Experience with advertising analytics or sales operations is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Tableau and Power BI. A background in user experience and customer behavior analysis will enhance your ability to deliver impactful insights. You are a proactive communicator, able to articulate complex analytical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Apple Ads Sales Operations team by architecting complex analyses that drive key business insights. You will work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and provide them with the analytical support necessary to enhance their performance. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining reporting dashboards that track sales performance and advertising effectiveness. You will analyze data trends and provide actionable recommendations to optimize advertising strategies. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that the analytics tools you develop are integrated seamlessly into existing workflows.
