Who you are
You have over 10 years of experience in analytics, insights, research, or strategy — you've successfully framed and solved open-ended, ambitious problems, determining the right questions to ask before diving into analysis. Your proven track record includes translating complex quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations, showcasing your strong analytical judgment. You are comfortable working with imperfect data and using proxy signals intentionally, demonstrating your advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools. Highly self-directed and proactive, you are capable of independently driving analytical work from problem definition through insight delivery.
What you'll do
As a Lead in Content & Social Analytics, you will drive content performance and social media insights across Apple's streaming portfolio. Your strategic, research-oriented thinking will help you move beyond merely tracking metrics to determining which signals matter, when they matter, and how they should inform decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that insights are actionable and aligned with business objectives. Your role will involve presenting findings to executives, requiring you to distill complex data into understandable and impactful narratives. You will also mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team.
