You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience, particularly in building production systems that scale effectively. You’ve owned services from design through deployment and have navigated the complexities of debugging distributed systems. Your deep expertise in Java and NoSQL databases allows you to create high-throughput APIs that handle millions of requests seamlessly. You thrive at the intersection of technical architecture and strategic partner engagement, understanding how to translate complex technical concepts into business impact. You are a collaborative problem-solver who enjoys cultivating relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to partners. Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile methodologies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding strategic partners through their technical onboarding to the expansive ASE commerce ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the technical aspects of partner integrations are seamless and efficient. Your insights will directly influence our roadmap, shaping future capability investments and ensuring alignment with the dynamic needs of our partners. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of backend services, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance the overall user experience. You will engage in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices within the engineering team. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
