What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the operational infrastructure of Apple's Executive Briefing Center, ensuring that every executive experience is world-class. You will drive the development and implementation of automation tools that streamline briefing operations, improving efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing worldwide scheduling and resource allocation, where you will navigate complex scenarios and implement just-in-time solutions to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
