What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the operational infrastructure of Apple's Executive Briefing Center, ensuring that every executive experience is world-class. You will drive the development and implementation of automation tools that streamline briefing operations, improving efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing worldwide scheduling and resource allocation, where you will navigate complex scenarios and implement just-in-time solutions to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that all aspects of the briefing operations are executed seamlessly. This includes coordinating logistics for multi-customer events and ensuring that all resources are allocated effectively. Your role will also involve analyzing operational processes and identifying areas for improvement, allowing you to implement best practices that enhance the overall effectiveness of the Executive Briefing Center.
