Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in CAD engineering, particularly with Cadence tools, and you understand the intricacies of digital, analog, and mixed-signal designs. Your attention to detail allows you to create elegant solutions to complex challenges, ensuring that every aspect of the design process is optimized for performance and efficiency.
You are proficient in Unix and Linux environments, which enables you to provide robust support for tool customizations and development testing. Your experience includes working closely with design teams to develop utilities and scripts that enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide full support for Cadence custom flows, including tool development, installation, and maintenance. You will collaborate with the design team to create utilities and scripts that improve the design process, ensuring that all tools are configured correctly and efficiently.
You will drive design methodology to increase productivity, working closely with the CAD team to provide general CAD services support. Your involvement will extend to test development, automation, and regression flow support, ensuring that all tools and processes are functioning optimally.
