Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, particularly in the Telecom and IT sectors. Your background includes a degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, which has equipped you with the technical knowledge necessary to navigate complex regulatory environments. You possess a strong understanding of international telecommunications regulations and standards, and you are adept at managing regulatory documentation systems and databases. Your experience includes communication with regulators and regulatory agencies, ensuring that you can effectively advocate for compliance within your organization.

You are familiar with safety, EMC, and radio compliance, and you understand how these elements impact product development and market access. Your ability to establish working relationships with government and non-government organizations is crucial for navigating the regulatory landscape. You are proactive in identifying emerging risks and developing programs to educate stakeholders on regulatory requirements, ensuring organization-wide compliance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Regulatory Compliance team in managing regulatory certification platforms and driving new product introductions in line with regulatory requirements and timelines. You will maintain regulatory documentation systems and databases, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up to date and accessible. Your responsibilities will include communicating developments and updates on key projects to cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and alignment across the organization.

You will lead key engagements with regulatory authorities throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that all products meet the necessary compliance standards before launch. Your expertise will be vital in developing and managing programs that educate stakeholders on regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. You will also be responsible for monitoring changes in regulations and standards, adapting processes and documentation as needed to maintain compliance.
