What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Product Compliance at Flex, you will lead a team of compliance professionals dedicated to ensuring that all products and services meet regulatory requirements. You will work closely with product teams to embed compliance into the product development lifecycle, ensuring that new offerings are compliant from inception through launch. Your role will involve developing and implementing compliance strategies that align with the company's mission and growth objectives.

You will be responsible for monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the organization. This includes conducting risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary. You will also serve as a liaison between Flex and regulatory bodies, ensuring that the company maintains a positive relationship with regulators and stays ahead of compliance requirements.

In addition to your compliance responsibilities, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s culture around compliance and ethics. You will provide training and resources to teams across the organization, helping them understand their compliance obligations and fostering a culture of accountability. Your leadership will be crucial in positioning Flex as a trustworthy partner in the FinTech space, ultimately contributing to the company’s mission of empowering renters with flexible payment options.
