You have a strong background in CPU design verification, with experience in developing verification methodologies and tools for complex processor designs. Your expertise in C and C++ allows you to develop tests and test environments effectively, ensuring high-quality product delivery. You are comfortable collaborating with verification engineers and RTL designers, defining effective verification strategies that meet project requirements. Your analytical skills enable you to develop coverage monitors and analyze coverage to ensure comprehensive test case coverage. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to delivering high-performance, low-power processor designs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for owning the verification methodology, tools, and flow for a high-performance lower power processor design. You will work closely with verification engineers and RTL designers to define effective verification methodologies. Your responsibilities will include developing test plans, test benches, and test environments, as well as creating tests in assembly and C/C++. You will drive the development of tools and flows for advanced verification methodologies, ensuring that all test cases are covered. Your work will have a critical impact on the quality of products delivered to millions of customers, and you will play a key role in the chip design effort at Apple.
