Who you are
You have a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience in CPU design verification, showcasing your deep understanding of digital logic design and chip architecture. Your expertise in developing complex tests in assembly and C demonstrates your technical proficiency and attention to detail. You are well-versed in collaborating with architecture and RTL designers, ensuring the correctness of design functionality through rigorous verification processes. Your analytical skills allow you to develop coverage monitors and analyze coverage to ensure comprehensive test case coverage. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the verification of specific areas of functionality within CPU designs, leading the development of test plans and test environments. You will be responsible for developing complex tests according to the established test plans, utilizing your skills in assembly and C. Your role will involve close collaboration with architecture and RTL designers to verify the functionality correctness of the design. You will also develop checkers or C-based transactors to enhance the verification process. Your contributions will have a critical impact on the timely delivery of functional products to millions of customers, reinforcing Apple's commitment to innovation and quality.
