What you'll do

As an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. You will showcase your knowledge of Apple products to customers, helping them understand the value and benefits of the technology. By conducting product demonstrations and providing excellent customer service, you will create a positive experience that encourages customers to engage with the brand. You will also work closely with the partner's staff, training them on Apple products and ensuring that merchandising standards are met. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving product knowledge, brand awareness, and sales success within the store.
