Apple is hiring an Apple Channel Stores Advisor in Trondheim to support sales and operations within a partner reseller store. You'll build relationships, drive product knowledge, and provide excellent customer service.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a motivated individual with a strong ambition for driving sales results and a desire to recommend Apple solutions. Your background in direct sales or solution-based selling is a plus, and you possess a high level of integrity, trust, and accountability. You thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and have effective time management skills, allowing you to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
What you'll do
As an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will represent Apple within a partner store, showcasing your in-depth knowledge of Apple products to customers. You will work closely with the partner's staff to build strong relationships and influence their advocacy for Apple. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all merchandising standards are met. You will proactively seek opportunities to expand Apple business within the multi-branded store, contributing to brand awareness and sales success.
