What you'll do

In your role as an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will represent Apple within a partner store, showcasing your in-depth knowledge of Apple products to customers. You will work closely with the partner's staff to create new owners of Apple products by providing exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, training partner staff, and ensuring that all merchandising standards are met. You will proactively seek opportunities to enhance product knowledge and brand visibility within the store, contributing to the overall success of Apple's business in the multi-branded environment.
