Job Description
Who you are
You are an experienced design verification engineer with a strong background in pre-silicon verification methodologies. You thrive on solving complex challenges and have a mindset geared towards breaking designs to ensure robustness. Your experience includes developing detailed test and coverage plans based on micro-architecture, ensuring a scalable and portable verification environment. You are familiar with all phases of verification, including establishing DV methodology, test-plan development, and debug processes. You have a passion for crafting products that enrich people's lives and are excited about the opportunity to work on innovative technologies at Apple.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of fully functional first silicon for IP designs. You will establish DV methodologies and develop comprehensive test plans that cover all features under your care. Your responsibilities will include developing the verification environment, which encompasses stimulus, checkers, assertions, and coverage trackers. You will execute verification plans, including design bring-up and regression enabling features, while debugging test failures to ensure high-quality outputs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the verification process and contribute to the overall success of the product development lifecycle.
