Design Verification Engineer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, and you possess a strong background in digital design and verification. You are experienced in implementing verification environments and have a solid understanding of RTL testing against reference models. Your expertise includes working with Verilog and SystemVerilog, and you are familiar with UVM methodologies for system-level verification.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with design and communication systems teams to ensure the successful validation of ASIC implementations. You have a keen eye for detail and are adept at developing comprehensive test plans and running regressions to ensure high-quality outputs. Your experience with MATLAB and CMOS technologies positions you well to contribute to groundbreaking wireless solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for defining and implementing digital chip SOCs for communications via Low Earth Orbit satellites. You will implement a state-of-the-art verification environment that facilitates testing of RTL against reference MATLAB/C models. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed test plans, writing tests, running regressions, and collecting coverage matrices to report progress to the program.

You will participate in the validation of ASIC implementations using Verilog and SystemVerilog, ensuring that all designs meet the required specifications. Additionally, you will work with the design and communication systems team to participate in system-level verification using test benches constructed with UVM. Your role will also involve developing a highly automated environment to run regressions, which will be essential for maintaining organization within the database.
