What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing architecture and design specifications to ensure they meet the necessary requirements for DFT. You will extract design features and develop attributes and verification plans that align with project goals. Working closely with designers, you will verify DFT implementation and run various checks to maintain high standards of quality.

You will implement test benches and generate advised or constrained random tests to validate designs effectively. Debugging failures will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will run gate-level simulations and supervise bugs to ensure they are resolved promptly. You will also be involved in closing coverage and ensuring that all aspects of the design are thoroughly tested.

Your role will require you to handle schedules and support multi-functional teams, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet deadlines. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the success of the projects you are involved in, contributing to the innovative spirit that Apple is known for.
