What you'll do
As a SoC DFT Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for developing and implementing DFT architecture for various design projects. You will work closely with the design verification (DV) team to verify DFT implementations and assist in generating structural test vectors. Your role will involve collaborating with designers to address physical, power, and logical issues, ensuring that the DFT solutions meet the necessary requirements. You will also support test engineers in bringing up test vectors on silicon, contributing to the overall success of the semiconductor design efforts.
