Job Description
Who you are
You have a solid background in DFT verification, with experience in pre-silicon verification processes. Your proficiency in Verilog and scripting languages allows you to develop and maintain verification test benches effectively. You are detail-oriented and capable of creating comprehensive test plans to validate IP.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful silicon bring-up. Your ability to debug failures and track bugs demonstrates your analytical skills and commitment to quality. You are comfortable handling schedules and supporting multi-functional engineering efforts.
What you'll do
As a SoC DFT Verification Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for the complete DFT pre-silicon verification process. You will review architecture and design specifications, developing attributes and verification plans that align with project goals. Implementing test benches and generating directed or constrained random tests will be key aspects of your role.
You will run test simulations, debug failures, and track bugs to ensure coverage is closed effectively. Collaborating with test engineers, you will assist in bringing up test patterns on silicon, contributing to the overall success of the project. Your leadership skills will be essential as you guide project execution and ensure that all verification flows are optimized.
