Who you are
You hold a Bachelor's degree in electronic circuits, analog design, system integration, or a related electronic field, and you have over 3 years of experience in electrical engineering. Your expertise includes discrete design of both analog and digital circuits, and you are well-versed in PCB design for analog and high-speed digital systems, ensuring compliance with EMC standards. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative electrical solutions.
Your experience includes developing comprehensive custom silicon specifications and simulation cases, as well as conducting validation in the lab. You are skilled in creating analytical models and hardware prototypes to prove design concepts, and you have a strong understanding of power design and embedded architectures. Your ability to document and present results effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams is a key strength.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of a talented team at Apple, working on the forefront of display technologies. You will collaborate with internal teams to define display electrical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with mechanical and thermal teams. Your responsibilities will include developing simulation, calculation, and analytical models, as well as hardware prototypes to validate design concepts. You will conduct lab validations and document results for presentation to leadership.
You will also engage in international travel as needed to support projects, with a maximum of 25% travel time expected per calendar year. Your contributions will directly impact the development of Apple's next-generation products, including the iPad, Mac, and MacBook, making your role crucial in bringing innovative designs to life.
