Who you are

You are a skilled engineer with a strong background in low-level embedded firmware, particularly in wireless PHY-layer firmware architecture and design. Your experience includes working with calibration algorithms, noise and interference processing, and real-time processing flows. You have a solid understanding of interfacing with RF hardware and power management optimization, which allows you to tackle complex challenges effectively.

You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about developing innovative solutions. Your problem-solving skills are sharp, and you are dedicated to excellence in your work. You have experience in the entire silicon production life-cycle, from pre-silicon validation using simulation and emulation to post-silicon bringup and performance characterization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and bringup of wireless silicon for Apple products such as the iPhone and Mac. You will engage in pre-silicon validation using simulation and FPGA prototyping, ensuring that the firmware meets performance and reliability standards. Your work will involve system integration and debugging, allowing you to see your contributions come to life in products used by millions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to ensure that the firmware aligns with product requirements. Your role will also include developing SoC test and calibration capabilities for chip, module, and product factories, contributing to the overall success of Apple's wireless connectivity solutions.
