You are a talented engineer with a strong background in low-level embedded firmware, particularly in wireless PHY-layer firmware architecture and design. Your experience includes calibration algorithms, noise and interference processing, and real-time processing flows. You have a solid understanding of interfacing with RF hardware and power management optimization, which allows you to tackle complex challenges effectively.

You have a proven track record of engaging in the entire silicon production life-cycle, from pre-silicon validation using simulation and emulation to post-silicon bringup and performance characterization. Your problem-solving skills are sharp, and you thrive in collaborative environments where creativity and innovation are encouraged.

What you'll do

As a Wireless Embedded Firmware Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for the design, development, and bringup of cutting-edge wireless silicon for products like the iPhone and Mac. You will engage in pre-silicon validation using simulation and FPGA prototyping, ensuring that the firmware meets the highest standards before production.

Your role will involve performance characterization and system integration, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to debug and optimize firmware solutions. You will also develop SoC test and calibration capabilities for chip, module, and product factories, ensuring that the final products deliver exceptional performance to users worldwide.
