What you'll do
As the Core Firmware Runtimes Manager, you will lead a team of systems software engineers dedicated to extending and improving system services and language runtimes for the Apple firmware ecosystem. You will collaborate with leaders from other teams to manage current and future requirements, ensuring that the firmware ecosystem can support those needs effectively. Your role will involve overseeing the development of OS-style runtime services that are crucial for the firmware running on Appleβs embedded cores.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with experts in various technology areas, contributing to the development of groundbreaking technologies for macOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding your team through complex challenges, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
