What you'll do

As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as the primary gateway to the VP's calendar, collaborating closely with the VP, other executive assistants, project managers, and leaders across Apple. Your responsibilities will include daily calendar oversight, travel coordination, expense report submission, and event planning for both business and social occasions. You will address a wide variety of day-to-day needs, ensuring that the executive is well-supported in their role.

Your ultimate goal is to facilitate the VP's work and help them focus on strategic initiatives. You will be instrumental in orchestrating complex schedules and ensuring that all logistical aspects are handled smoothly. Your role will require you to be adaptable and resourceful, as you will often need to solve problems that arise unexpectedly.
