What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the Platform Architecture GPU Modeling Team, where you will contribute to the definition and tuning of Apple’s future GPU architectures. You will create and maintain C++ code that models the software stack for next-generation GPUs, ensuring high performance and efficiency. Your work will involve implementing new and existing Metal APIs, which are crucial for the performance of Apple’s hardware products.

You will collaborate with various disciplines within the company, playing a critical role in the chip design effort. Your contributions will directly impact the performance of Apple products, helping to deliver exceptional experiences to users. You will also engage in performance analysis and architectural tuning, ensuring that the GPU designs meet the high standards expected from Apple.
