Who you are

You have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in physical design and integration of high-performance processors. Your expertise includes full chip floorplan, area optimizations, and block partitioning, which are essential for successful chip design. You are familiar with chip-level place and route (PnR) processes and have a solid understanding of final CPU layout database construction and verification. Your experience in developing and validating Power Grids, including routability analysis, sets you apart in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with implementation and CAD teams throughout the chip design cycle to ensure signoff closure for tapeout. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to drive custom layout integration and perform electrical verification and analysis effectively.

Desirable

What you'll do

You will collaborate with the implementation and CAD teams throughout the entire chip design cycle, working diligently to achieve signoff closure for tapeout. Your role will also involve performing electrical verification and analysis, ensuring that all designs meet the necessary standards for performance and reliability. You will be a key player in the processor design effort, contributing to the development of innovative products that will reach millions of customers.
